Congress Objectives

  1. Learn about approaches to development of excellent service delivery in different parts of the world
  2. Develop a congress resolution which will provide continuity of efforts in the promotion of quality in service delivery
  3. Interact with internationally and nationally known quality experts to enhance insights on quality management successes in the promotion of excellence in service delivery.
  4. Promote Sarawak as an excellent venue for conferences and gatherings, requiring world-class quality services and facilities.
